Symmetrics Obtains Nortel Networks Developer Partner Status with New Application/Skillset Performance Report Bundle
Report bundle provides a smooth migration from MAX to Symposium and is free to current MAX customers.
Vancouver, BC - Symmetrics Business Intelligence Solutions Inc. – a reporting and analytic solutions company with particular expertise in the contact center market – announced today it has obtained Developer Partner status in Nortel Networks worldwide partner program. Symmetrics, one of Crystal Decisions’ longest standing partners and certified in their elite Enterprise Partner program, raised its current Nortel Networks partner status with the development and certification of a report bundle specifically designed to help provide a smoother and easier migration for customers moving from Meridian MAX to Symposium Call Center Server (SCCS) or Symposium Express Call Center (SECC).
After a worldwide search to find a company with the necessary expertise and experience, Nortel Networks selected Symmetrics to design and deliver the report bundle. The bundle provides the SCCS or SECC equivalent of the Summarized ACD-DN Performance Interval Report that is available in MAX, a key report for most MAX managers and supervisors. The performance reports included in the bundle are essential to managing overall contact center performance, efficiency and effectiveness; they are also useful in determining current work schedules and forecasting the staff required for anticipated workloads.

The reports are built using Crystal Reports - the market leading report design tool and reporting engine used in SCCS, SECC and Symmetrics Fusion. The bundle is being offered at no charge to current MAX end users and can be requested by registering for them directly on Symmetrics’ web site here.
