Nortel distributors see tremendous value in reselling the Symmetrics nVISION solution suite to their contact center customer base. TELUS: TELUS is the largest telecommunications company in Western Canada and the second largest in the country. They have signed a Product and Services Reseller agreement with Symmetrics, enabling TELUS’ contact center solutions team to resell the complete Symmetrics nVISION Contact Center Performance Management solution suite and professional services offerings to their contact center customer base, including their Nortel Contact Center Manager Server (CCMS) clients. The reseller agreement was signed in Q1 of 2007 and has already been leveraged for numerous customer projects, including a major Nortel contact center migration to CCMS v6 for a major BC-based government agency. Ronco: Ronco, an integrator of innovative products and services with a strong focus on Advanced IP Communications technologies and a leading Nortel distributor, signed a reseller agreement with Symmetrics in May, 2007 to sell the nVISION suite to its Nortel contact center customer base.
