Symmetrics Training Officially Endorsed By Nortel As Nortel Authorized Training

VANCOUVER BC, CANADA - Symmetrics Business Intelligence Solutions Inc. today announced that Nortel has chosen Symmetrics’ to be apart of its Nortel Authorized Training program. Symmetrics’ various Nortel–specific reporting, analytics and performance management education offerings – designed to help Nortel Contact Center customers increase their report design skills and discover the analytic power of Crystal Reports within Nortel Contact Center (formally known as “Symposium”) – are now officially offered within the Nortel training and education curriculum available to Nortel customers.

The following Symmetrics courses - all designed and delivered by Symmetrics’ qualified training staff - will be included on Nortel’s Training and Certification web site:

  • Introductory Report Design for Nortel CCMS/SCCS: This classroom-based training course is designed for Nortel Contact Center/Symposium end-users or technical professionals who want the ability to create their own Crystal Reports within the CCMS/SCCS environment.
  • Advanced Report Design for Nortel for CCMS/SCCS: This classroom-based training course is designed to build on the topics learned in the Introductory Reports Design course in order to increase report design skills and discover the reporting power of Crystal Reports with Nortel CCMS/SCCS.
  • CCMS/SCCS Reporting Overview: This multi-module web-delivered education helps Nortel customers better leverage the reporting functionality found within CCMS/SCCS.
