Symmetrics Business Intelligence Solutions Inc. - a Crystal Decisions and Nortel Networks business partner - is pleased to announce its new business alliance with Global Knowledge Nortel Networks Premier Education Partner. This strategic alliance will benefit Nortel Networks Symposium Call Center Server (SCCS) and Symposium Express Call Center (SECC) users by providing them with more access to Symmetrics’ specialized Crystal Reports Design for Nortel Symposium training. Symmetrics’ expert trainers will now conduct their Introductory and Advanced courses at Global Knowledge’s Nortel Networks training facilities throughout the United States.

Crystal Reports Training Specifically for the Nortel Symposium Environment
Symmetrics offers the only Crystal Reports courses customized specifically for the Nortel Symposium environment. The content delivered in these classes is not generic Crystal training; they have all been specifically designed for the Nortel SCCS/SECC environments, based on their extensive experience and expertise in both Symposium and Crystal technologies.
