Symmetrics’ Partnership with Nortel Expands to Global Level

Symmetrics Developer Partner and Select Product status for nVISION product suite expanded to Europe/Middle East/Africa (EMEA) and Central America/Latin America (CALA) regions.

VANCOUVER BC, CANADA — Symmetrics today announced that their ‘Developer Partner’ status and nVISION Data Mart ‘Select Product’ status has been formally expanded to Europe/Middle East/Africa (EMEA) and Central America/Latin America (CALA) regions. Symmetrics nVISION Data Mart - in place at dozens of organizations around the world - integrates with Nortel Contact Center Manager Server (CCMS) in order to centralize and optimize relevant data to facilitate faster and more effective reporting and analysis.
