Nortel Distributors Choose Symmetrics to Deliver Contact Center Reporting and Performance Management

VANCOUVER BC, CANADA - Symmetrics Business Intelligence Solutions Inc. today announced that they have recently signed two new partner agreements with leading Nortel distributors. Nortel distributors see tremendous value in reselling the Symmetrics nVISION solution suite to their Nortel Contact Center customer base. With nVISION, companies can obtain visibility and insight into their critical contact center data, and optimize performance as a result.

Voice Data Systems: Voice Data Systems (VDS) and Symmetrics have signed a Product and Services Reseller agreement, enabling VDS to resell the complete Symmetrics nVISION solution suite and professional services offerings to their Nortel Contact Center Manager Server (CCMS) customer base. Voice Data Systems is a Nortel distributor based in Michigan and can be found at www.govds.com.
Black Box Network Services: Black Box and Symmetrics renewed a services reseller agreement through to 2007. Symmetrics relationship with Black Box goes back to NextiraOne (who was recently acquired by Black Box), when the two companies originally formed a relationship in 2003. The partnership allows Black Box to deliver to its customers Symmetics’ reporting, analysis and performance management capabilities and services.
