Service doesn't stop once your nVISION Suite solution is up and running. Our Packaged Services Program is a flexible and budget-friendly means of getting the support you need when you need it, without the high costs and commitments of standard annual services contracts.

How it Works
Customers purchase blocks of time (see below for package levels available) in advance, establishing a customer account. The more time purchased, the higher the effective discount off our standard hourly rates. The account is diminished as you use our service offerings and, when depleted, can be renewed.

In addition to typical support services, this pre-paid time can be applied to many other services Symmetrics offers, including remote report development and remote knowledge transfer and coaching. In short, the program offers an effective way to budget for variable time-and-material projects. We even have a special "Introductory" level that will allow you to get a feel for the program's value and our extensive expertise without a significant upfront commitment.

Guarantees/Deliverables
Enrolling in our support program means you get:

  • Priority incident handling and guaranteed response time
  • A dedicated email account for support communication
  • Access to account activity reports

Delivery
Support and services are delivered via telephone and/or remote on-line connection.
