We are committed to maintaining an ongoing relationship with you to ensure you have access to support when you need it. The Symmetrics' Packaged Services Program is a flexible and budget-friendly means of obtaining services without the high costs and commitments of standard annual services contracts.

How it Works
Clients purchase blocks of time (see below for package levels available) in advance, establishing a customer account. The more time purchased, the higher the effective discount off our standard hourly rates. The account is diminished as you utilize our service offerings and, when depleted, can be renewed.

In addition to typical support services, this pre-paid time can be applied to many services Symmetrics' offers, including remote report development and remote knowledge transfer or coaching - thus enabling you to obtain our services at discounted rates.
