New Version of nVISION Data Mart Includes Support for Nortel SCCS/CCMS Call-By-Call data
New in version 1.5 of the nVISION Data Mart is advanced support and integration of all Nortel SCCS/CCMS Call-By-Call data. Automatic transformation and optimization of this data means true cradle-to-grave reporting capabilities for Symposium/CC6 contact centers is greatly expanded and simplified. Other new features in v1.5 include the support for data consolidation from multiple SCCS/CCMS environments, integration of all SCCS/CCMS all available Agent Login/Logout data, and more.
